I take 8 pregnenolone drops with 4 drops of DHEA with each meal. To mask the bad tastes I add the drops to a small shot glass of juice. They seem to be helping with lowering my high cortisol.

I switched to Biomatrix pregnenolone per recommendation by my natural health practitioner, and it seems to be doing its job. The only thing is that it high in grain alcohol, which really stings under my tongue. What I do is just sip a couple drops of water and hold it under my tongue as well. The other brand ve used tastes much better. Reliable service from VitaLiving, though!
