Flamingo 12" floor lamp

I received the lamp on time with no damage. easy to put together. I use the lamp every day, living in the Pacific NW this light makes a great difference for the lack of sunshine.

Flamingo floor lamp

There are not many light therapy floor lamps on the market. Northern lights company was recommended by my physician because of quality. I do agree that this is a quality light, simple to assemble, and light is weight to move around, if necessary. I use everyday, first thing when I get up. I work night shift and don see much sunlight. Too early to tell its effectiveness, but will continue as prescribed. Vita Living has the best price on this particular lamp, shipping was free, and shipped quickly. If your looking for a quality lamp, this is the place to get it.

SAD lamp makes me happy

I love my SAD flamingo lamp, although it makes me painfully aware of how dirty my floor was, I really feel like it made a difference. It really brightens up the room.

A great alternative to desk models

So this is the most attractive - or I should say least unattractive - light box ve come across. It powder coated black, goes together easily and puts out the light you want. I find it convenient between my desk and sofa as I can use it in either place. The angle and distance are easy to adjust and if all else fails, this will help my toddler learn how seeds turn into plants. It kind of difficult to get excited about a light box, but this one fit the bill for me. After spending six years in Southeast Arizona, this move to New Jersey has affected me in many ways (military move) and I failed to take into account the fact that I don get as much sunlight here. I don even go outside as much here - it boring. Alright, it nice to visit the ocean from time to time. Back to the review: if you're considering this as opposed to an up-facing light box, definitely go with this one. It puts the light right where your eyes need it in order for phototherapy to work. Also, it doesn take up space on a desk or table like the table models. And it won look
