This Mg product is the best one on the market, in my opinion. It doesn fizz up and has a more neutral taste! However, I don know if it just the way my body reacts to it, but I feel a little nausea when drinking this for the first time. It takes a bit to get used to, and try to half the dosage for the first few days of trying this =)
