For best results, rub creme thoroughly onto inner wrist or inside upper arm.

Menstruating - apply 1/8-1/4 tsp once daily. Discontinue use during menstruation

Menopausal - apply 1/4-1/2 tsp one to two times daily.

 

Active Ingredients: (Dose per 1/4tsp): Progesterone 13mg (USP), DHEA, Pregnenolone, Royal Maca, Muira Puama extract, Alpha Lipoic Acid, B12-methylcobalamin, Ginkgo Biloba extract.  Base Ingredients: Deionized purified water, glycerin, glycerol monolaurate, jojoba oil, cetearyl alcohol/coco glucoside, caprylic/capric triglyceride, safflower oil, DL-alpha tocopherol, Acrylates/Vinyl Isodecanoate Crosspolymer, EDTA, phospholipids,  polysorbate, phenoxyethanol, octyl salicylate, propyl gallate, citrus seed extract, sodium hydroxide, organic fruit extract as fragrance.
