My healthcare practioner recommended this product after I had already finished a full 10 days of antibiotic and still had severe congestion. I had been sick for a month with little relief in my sinuses. After a week or so of taking this product along with Botanical Treasures I was able to talk withou the sinus sound and the pressure in my face subsided. After 2-3 weeks, I feel mostly normal.
