Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)

Since this condition is caused by iron deficiency, it can be treated by eating food rich in iron like shellfish, lean meat or even buying iron supplements.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)

It is also referred to as Myalgic Encephalopathy (ME) and results in continuous tiredness for several weeks or months. However, this ailment has no specific cause, so it is difficult to treat.

If you have intolerance to some kinds of food you may feel tired after consuming them. To eliminate this problem, it is important to avoid such food.

Balanced diet is crucial for your well-being. If the body is not supplied with the right proportion of nutrients, it can result in general body weakness or fatigue.

Over Exercising

People who like going to a gym to train are advised to skip exercise at times in order to regain their strength. It is advisable to exercise for about 30 to 40 minutes at least four times a week. Training is good, but overdoing it can be detrimental to your health.

This leads to dehydration, headache, fatigue and muscle concerns. In order to get rid of fatigue, you need to drink at least eight glasses of water per day.

Thyroid-related fatigue begins to appear when you cannot sustain energy long enough, especially when compared to a past level of fitness or ability. If your thyroid foundation is weak, sustaining energy output is difficult. You will notice you just don’t seem to have the energy to do the things you used to be able to do.

Diabetes

People suffering from diabetes are not able to maintain the sugar level in their blood since their bodies cannot convert excess sugar into energy. As a result, one feels tired due to lack of adequate energy in the body.

This is caused by viral infections. Glandular fever is characterized by extreme exhaustion, swollen glands, sore throat as well as fever.
